Day 671 and how God has watched out for us

So I got to thinking this morning of the myriad of ways that God has looked out for us lately. Tom's car had needed a repair (not an emergency, but it was going to be an expensive one). We had saved up the money, but ended up using it during the summer for something that happened. It was just as well since he totaled his car, huh? Then we got the ball joints and tie rods replaced and bought some used tires a few weeks ago for his car, but we hadn't had the alignment done yet. That worked out well and what a relief that we didn't spend the money on brand new tires! Then we've been lucky enough to borrow this car that we've been using which took the pressure off as far as being desperate to find something. We can take our time and look around and find a really good deal. We're also lucky to be able to buy the car we've been borrowing because we already know it's a really good car, we've been driving it for a couple of months.

Just continue to keep us in your prayers. It is not looking like Tom will be back at 40 hours a week before the end of the year. I am not sure whether I'm going to have two openings here, but I am sure that God will provide.

God is good!

Yes, He is! Did you get to go to Women of Faith this year, Linda?

No, I didn't, it sneaked up on me. I didn't even realize it was here until a few days before when you mentioned it. I've got it penciled in for Tulsa next August. Oh, my word veri is 'abless!'
