Day 390 and Coughing
Ugh, with all the wind and dust the last few days, my allergies and asthma are in an uproar and I am not feeling the greatest. I have been coughing my head off and it's just wearing me down. I'm headed to bed soon and hopefully will get a decent night's sleep tonight. I've noticed after not being outside much today, my cough does seem a bit better.

We were in OKC with Jess yesterday and she had a horrible cough. It hurt just to hear it. I hope you get better soon!

I do seem to be even better today. I'm still coughing but not like the last couple of days.

I hope so, Di! I know it's hard, but you should try to take advantage of this down time and relax. Even though it goes against your nature. LOL.
