Today Tom & I went to Park Avenue Thrift in Enid. We hadn't been in there yet and wanted to check it out. Of course, being the book nerds that we are, our main goal was books. LOL. Anyway, I found the book The 5 Love Languages of Children. I'd heard of the book at different classes and was excited to find it for 95 cents plus tax!
Tomorrow, we're going to Norman to visit Serenity and to bring back some of her stuff to keep here until she gets moved into her new apartment.
This has been such a nice relaxing week!

I haven't been there yet. Is it worth checking out? I have heard good and bad reviews.
Well, we found the books to be priced fairly and a bit cheaper than Hope Outreach. I personally thought the clothes were a little high, but I don't find enough clothes in my size at thrift stores to be very sure of what good prices are. I'd definitely check it out if I were you, though!
Yea maybe i can atleast find stuff for the girls :-)
Oh I love that place! I found a vintage 2 needle socks pamphlet there for less than 50 cents. Printed in 1948!!!
That's really cool! I love finding stuff like that. Our passion is old cameras. We have dozens of them that we've picked up at garage sales, flea markets, thrift stores, etc. Thanks for reading my blog!
