I got up early this morning and mowed about 1/2 of our yard. The rain had made it grow so thick in some parts of the yard that it kept choking up the mower and making it die. Ugh! Tom's out mowing some more of it now. Not a fun way to spend any day, especially not a vacation day. LOL.
We ended up going to the BBQ place here in town to get some supper last night. It was yummy, as always! Not sure yet what our plans for today are. I should probably actually cook something. But let me tell you, it's been nice not having to cook breakfast, lunch, and supper (and then do all those dishes) everyday! That's helped a lot with keeping me from feeling guilty about it. LOL.
