My body is a temple

I am sure that most of us have heard our bodies referred to as "temples". As I was reading the book: Give God a Year: Change your Life Forever", I was reminded of this Bible verse:

¹⁹ Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; ²⁰ you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.I Corinthians 6:19-20


This is going to be my memory verse this week to remind me as I work on changing my lifestyle. God gave me this body and I should honor and take care of it.
